Fasshane
Experienced and expertise in the sector, towards the end of 2002, Dining Star took its first step and opened its first business at the Sabanci Uiversity under café & restaurant concept and named it as FASSHANE.
Shortly after its opening, it managed to be the preferred brand in the university campus by ensuring to remain focussed towards its internal structures and also responding to customer demand in accordance with university guidelines.
Today, FASSHANE has reached a summit point and is loved by everyone. The products served are solemnly its own production, FASSHANE has managed to adapt innovations that has been discovered around the world to ensure its brand reinforcement.
We are now trading at three key points at Sabanci University including the Management Building of the campus SUCLUB.
Since its opening, FASSHANE managed to integrate lots of innovations and remained focused in its market competition.
Towards the end of 2013, FASSHANE has applied IOS and android applications ready to use for its client base and it became the first business introducing the “Sushi” concept to a university campus.
Corporate Social Responsibility at FASSHANE
FASSHANE works closely with CIP team ( Civic Involvement Project) in the university campus. It cooperates with the existing supervisors to arrange kermis, trips and private meetings and has involvements with suggesting products and necessary materials.
It also works closely with student clubs and their activities.
In 2015, it became a sponsor for FASSHANE SUSail yacht club and supported the cause nationally and internationally.
It also sponsored SUDOCK another student club where student Yigit Tezcan’s challenge was to cross over the Pamir mountains ( mountain range in Central Asia) completing a trail of 3500km at -20 degree with 4000m climbing with a bicycle. We are very proud Yigit has accomplished this challenge.
In addition to above, FASSHANE is supporting the internal football clubs.

Our Menu
As well as traditional Turkish savoury pastries, FASSHANE is offering classic and selection of cold sandwiches from the world cuisine combining it with its eggs menu to support a healthy diet.
For lunch, it serves healthy wrap selections, salads, wholegrain pasta and special main courses.
After lunch hours and for afternoon tea, homemade cakes and sweet pastries are served to respond to our client demand.
Our crucial and unique coffee beans are our own source registered under FASS Coffee Beans which is enjoyed by everyone.
We also serve traditional Turkish tea along with herbal teas for the tea lovers.
